XY Events is a one-stop event management company based in Malaysia. We've run a 1,000-guest cake picnic, Malaysia's first cookie picnic and KL's first matcha festival, which drew more than 100,000 visitors to Ombak KLCC over five days.

What does an event management company do?
We take care of everything between your idea and the event itself: the plan, the budget, the venue, the vendors, the design and the crew on the day. You make the decisions; we do the legwork.
Can you handle only part of my event?
Yes. Some clients hand us the whole event, others only need help with vendors, décor or on-the-day running. Tell us what you need and we'll quote for that.
