MATCHAWALK, KL's first matcha festival, ran for five days at Ombak KLCC with 23 matcha vendors and more than 100,000 visitors. Entry was free, the space was compact and the crowd never stopped.
Running a festival like that means more than a good lineup. It means vendor loading and assembly, ice and stock runs, crowd flow, venue management and a crew that checks on every booth, every day.

Can you organise a festival at our mall or venue?
Yes. MATCHAWALK ran on the concourse level of Ombak KLCC. We work with venue management on layout, loading, safety and opening hours.
How do you choose the vendors?
We curate vendors that fit the theme and the crowd, then coordinate their booths, stock and schedules for every day of the festival.
Does a festival need to be ticketed?
No. MATCHAWALK was free entry; Cakewalk was ticketed. We'll suggest what suits your goals.
